-All service panels of the hot tub must be free and clear for access.
-If access is not made available, there will be a $75 charge to the card on file.
-Electrical is the customer's responsibility.
-It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe working environment.
-90-day warranty parts and labor.
-A form of payment is required to book your service.
-Please refer to your warranty card. If it is a non-warranty call you will be billed at our full rate.
-Our call-out fee is $225 plus tax.
-All out-of-town customers will be charged $2.50 per kilometer for mileage one way. This applies to all warranty calls as well.
Includes first 30 minutes onsite. One time fee to diagnose problem, material count and quote the repair. Includes any portion of the hour to account for driving time.
