Just wanted to give a shout out to RnR hot tubs.
Our hot tub would not get up to temperature before Christmas. The techs came out in minus 30, checked the tub and made a small adjustment.
When I asked how much It was, I was told that it was Christmas time and there would be no charge.
I would recommend RnR anytime for all your hot tub needs.

We have had RnR technicians out to our home (outside of Calgary) to service our tub multiple times over the last couple of years. I cannot begin to describe the professionalism, expertise and care that their technicians put into every job. They take the time to explain all that service that is required and always come with all (and I mean all) the possible parts for your tub. I wouldn't imagine having anyone else work on my hot tub.

I am a handy guy. Just not a I Hot tub expert. I spent many hours trying to find out why my pump kept tripping on overload. The service man came out a found the issue and the cost was very reasonable.
