John and Kimberly McCrimmon are the proud owners of RnR Hot Tubs and Spas. While raising three kids, RnR grew from John’s garage to one bay and now is Calgary’s largest Swim Spa Show Room.
Starting out of his home in 1999, John started RnR Hot Tubs and Spas. With a strong reputation for service he became the local service provider for Home Depot and Maax Spas. When Maax outgrew its relationship with Home Depot, John was a natural fit to start a dealership in Calgary. With over 30 years of experience, John has been servicing all makes and models of hot tubs and swim spas and has saved 1000’s of spas from ending up in the landfills.
John and Kim successfully built the business from the ground up and balance each others skills to make a powerhouse team. With hard work and dedication he and Kimberly have created one of Western Canada’s most successful hot tub businesses.
Known for his technical excellence, John often consults with manufacturers to improve warranty care and product design, but is affectionately know by his clients as “the hot tub whisperer”. Whereas, Kim has a Master’s of Environmental Design from the University of Calgary and brings strong project management and marketing focus to the business. Plus she is the one that people love talking to. She has a great time working with clients and is deeply committed to bringing the best customer experience to the people she serves. She will often tell her clients “the world needs happy people so you better be one of them. “
With the next generation following in their footsteps, you will often see their children helping out in the store and out in the field. Entrepreneurship runs deep in this family with three generations of small business owners. The McCrimmon’s are proud to be Canadian, support the local economy and hire the next generation of service providers.
