About Us
Family-owned in Calgary since 1999, with in-house delivery, warranty care and ongoing service.
Our story
John McCrimmon started RnR from home in 1999, repairing and refinishing hot tubs.
His reputation for service made RnR the local service provider for Home Depot and Maax Spas. When Maax outgrew its relationship with Home Depot, John opened a Maax dealership in Calgary, and the business grew from his garage to the showroom on Barlow Trail.
They built RnR together while raising three kids, and it has come through recessions and a pandemic still family-run. Maax Spas has since named RnR the Global Winner of its Customer Experience Award.
John
He has serviced every make and model and saved thousands of spas from the landfill. Manufacturers consult him on warranty care and product design, and his clients call him “the hot tub whisperer”.
Kim
She has a Master’s of Environmental Design from the University of Calgary, leads project management and marketing, and is the one people love talking to.
Service is the foundation
RnR began as a repair business, and that experience still determines what reaches the showroom floor.
