Our covers come from a Canadian supplier who builds them in British Columbia, made to withstand Calgary’s extremes, snow and UV, and cut to fit your spa.

Replacement covers start at $1,000, with a 4"–3" taper and 1.5 lb foam. Final pricing depends on size, shape and specifications, and all covers are final sale.

How to measure

Take A and B across the spa itself, not the cabinet. Cut corners need C, and rounded corners need the radius R — the diagram shows how to find it with a carpenter’s square.
