  • From instructing me how to build my concrete pad (I had no idea) to arranging and perfectly executing a very difficult and remote installation, chemical lessons and follow up — the whole package. An awesome hot tub built for cold Canadian winters with jets a plenty including foot jets. Love the WIFI feature so I can monitor the tub from my phone.

  • From the moment we walked in to purchase our first hot tub Scott was amazing. Answered all our questions and so professional. We took his spa class which was just as awesome. This is a family business. Kim, John and their son were so knowledgeable and set up was so easy and so informative.

  • Kim did a great and thorough job of explaining everything about the hot tubs they sell to us. They stand behind their product and their service is second to none — they didn't just sell us a hot tub and leave things there.

Questions people ask before they buy

New hot tubs vary by size, construction and features. RnR organizes the range into clear series so you can compare what changes as you move between models. Our team can prepare a quote for the spa that fits your space and priorities.

Ask who does the delivery, who does the service, and whether they stock parts. A dealer that subcontracts installation and orders parts on demand cannot help you quickly in February. RnR has been in Calgary since 1999, delivers and installs with its own crew, is a certified Maax warranty service provider, and registers your warranty for you at delivery.

Operating cost depends on the model, outdoor temperature, set temperature, use, cover condition and local electricity rates. Review the model's Energy Guide and insulation system, and ask our team to walk you through the factors that matter in Alberta.

The insulation system in the 500 and 700 Series, built for winters like ours. Vita Spa explain how it is put together.

Our water-care team can help you establish a straightforward routine. Spa School covers testing, balancing and day-to-day care, and ongoing water-maintenance service is available if you prefer hands-on support.

Salt-water systems generate sanitizer through electrolysis. Whether one suits your spa depends on the equipment and the water-care routine you prefer. Our team can explain the maintenance considerations and recommend an approach compatible with your spa.

Ozone and UV are supplemental water-care technologies designed to support sanitization. They do not replace routine water testing, balancing or the sanitizer recommended by the manufacturer. Available systems vary by spa and series.

No. Maax design the seats and the jet layout around the body, rather than counting jets. This is their own explanation of how they do it.
