Warranty and what to expect
Every refurbished tub carries a 30-day in-shop warranty and is sold as is. Delivery and installation can be arranged when you buy, and what it costs depends on the distance, the access to your yard and the electrical work.

Trade-in program
Already own a hot tub? You can trade your existing unit toward a new or upgraded model. It lowers your cost, and it keeps a working tub out of the landfill.

We recently bought a refurbished hot tub from RnR and have been extremely happy with it. When we had an issue with the sound system they sent a technician over the next day to fix it. We even attended their spa school and found it very helpful for doing our own maintenance.
