We deliver and install it ourselves
We check the access route before you buy and bring in a crane if the route will not take it. You need the right base and power, and we tell you exactly what before the day. It is filled, started and the water balanced before we go, the packaging leaves with us, and your warranty is registered for you.

Before delivery day

- Placement and start-upPositioned, connected, filled and started, with the water balanced before we go.
- Cover and accessoriesCover, lifter, steps and handrails fitted, and the packaging taken away.
After delivery
- Warranty registered for youOur service coordinator registers it on your behalf.
- Spa SchoolA one-hour workshop at the showroom on water testing and care, for every new hot tub owner.
Questions before delivery
Every spa we sell runs on 240V, except three. The Duet, Voeux and Image will run on 120V or 240V, so they can go on a standard plug. The model page for each spa states which it takes.
Then it goes over. We bring in a crane and set the whole thing up for you — the site inspection, the quote and the lift — so you are not coordinating two companies. There are two crane deliveries on video further down this page.
Book a site inspection and somebody comes and looks before you commit to anything. We walk the route with you and confirm the base, the access and how close the power is.
Calgary and the towns around it — Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Crossfield, Strathmore, High River, Black Diamond and Okotoks — and out to Banff, Canmore, Invermere, Golden and the Columbia Valley.
Crane and picker truck deliveries
Where access will not allow anything else, we bring in a crane or a picker truck — and we set the whole thing up, from the survey to the quote to the lift, so you do not have to.
