Let's face it. When it comes to Calgary and area weather, we never know what we are in for. Our hot tubs are built for all kinds of Alberta weather.

The steel frame provides greater structural integrity than wood, as well as superior corrosion protection. Stronger, more durable, and ideal for the environment – it’s the obvious choice for a lifetime of worry-free fun.

No one wants to spend thousands of dollars on hot tub repairs just because the hot tub they chose can't be serviced in their yard.

Our hot tubs can be brought back to factory specifications without leaving your yard.

Imagine knowing your investment is backed by Calgary's #1 service provider.

Let's make your purchase make money sense.  Imagine if you spend $14,000 and get 10 years out of your spa. that is $1400/year. Now if that spa lasts 25 years it's only $560/year.

Let's face it, when you are happy the world is a better place.

Buying a well built spa can save you thousands.  At RnR our commitment to "Doing it Right" is important in all that we do.

We know that warranty is an important factor when choosing a new hot tub and we agree with you.

At RnR Hot Tubs and Spas, we want to make it easier for you when it comes to any issues that may arise.

We are your certified warranty service provider for Maax Spas.

At RnR Hot Tubs and Swim Spas, we have over 30 years of service excellence.

We pride ourselves on welcoming you into our learning center from day one and bringing you in to be apart of the RnR Family.

We stand out when it comes to customer service as we believe you deserve ONLY the best!

Our hot tubs come with innovative technology such as Northern Exposure® Insulation.

Northern Exposure® is a unique thermal barrier technology that recycles the free heat energy.

This not only helps with efficiency, it also  traps sound energy inside the hot tub. Quiet operation is essential to ensure a peaceful, relaxing experience throughout your backyard.

Kim did a great and thorough job of explaining everything about the hot tubs they sell to us. They stand behind their product and their service is second to none....they didn't just sell us a hot tub and things there.

Highly recommend RnR to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub!

Dealing with R&R Hot Tubs was a breeze. Gary, the sales representative, was low-pressure and knowledgeable, awesome to deal with... The installation was handled professionally, and the owner even visited our house to ensure the hot tub was perfectly located. Highly recommend their services.

A very positive experience with RnR purchasing our first hot tub. Gary was very thorough in explaining the various models and features of the tubs in the store helping us select the best model for us. Delivery and installation at our out-of-town location was puntual and professional, with the team taking time to explain all the features and setup. The "spa school" and extra explanation from Gary and Lyndsey was excellent, getting us trained up and knowledgeable on keeping our tub maintained. Highly recommended!

What rnr clients have to say

Hot tubs are available at a wide range of prices, and there is also a wide range of quality and construction differences. Lower-quality spas can be found from anywhere from $6,000-$10,000 while
higher quality spas can range anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000 or more.
As the saying often goes - you get what you pay for. While it may seem like a good idea to spend less upfront on your hot tub, be aware that this doesn’t always lead to a great experience. Often the cheap tubs will only last a few years and can ultimately become much more costly in repairs and energy bills.

At our learning center we are happy to walk you through the differences and what to look for when hot tub shopping.

Hot tubs are an investment, and as such you want to make sure that whoever is selling you your tub can take care of you and your spa!

Look for a company that has a dedicated service team on staff, and
that has access to the parts needed to keep your hot tub running and in good shape.

The last thing you want is to be stuck in the middle of a cold snap with a heater element on backorder from China or Europe, or being left on hold with an overseas call center. Ask how long they have been in business and check online reviews.

4. How do I manage or balance my chemicals? Is this hard?

There are a lot of variables which will affect the cost of operating a hot tub.

One of the most important features to look for is an insulation system with a lifetime warranty. To help calculate the approximate
monthly cost, look for an Energy Guide as recommended for all major appliances.

Be wary of any sales person giving you a random number (i.e. $30/month) without being able to back it up.

Absolutely not!

Our team of water care professionals take all the guesswork out of managing and balancing your water. Often new tubs can come with equipment to make water care easier, and some of our delivery packages even come with our comprehensive spa school to teach you everything you need to know. On top of that, we offer a full service water maintenance program to do it all for you!

4. How do I manage or balance my chemicals? Is this hard?

NO! Salt water systems seem like a good idea at first and are being marketed as better for you, however this is untrue.

Saltwater systems are essentially chlorine generators and they lead to a lot of headaches - expensive maintenance and repairs, exposure to excess chlorine, damage to your yard and
patio from corrosive salt and more.

Salt systems are simply not worth the headache. We would rather get you out of chemicals altogether and into fresh, clean, healthy water!

Ozone has been used for decades as a water treatment device. When ozone gas is dissolved in water, it acts as a broad spectrum biocide that destroys bacteria, viruses and other potential water-borne pathogens.

UV rays have been long used as a sterilization system (think hospital equipment). While both systems are helpful in maintaining clear and sanitized water, experts discovered that combining both
together is exponentially more effective at sanitizing water.

This allows us to reduce your chemical use to almost nothing for healthier, cleaner water.
