Service Terms for our service calls.

-All service panels of the hot tub must be free and clear for access.
-If access is not made available, there will be a $75 charge to the card on file.
-Electrical is the customer's responsibility.
-It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe working environment.
-90-day warranty parts and labor.
-A form of payment is required to book your service.
-Please refer to your warranty card. If it is a non-warranty call you will be billed at our full rate.
-Our call-out fee is $225 plus tax.
-All out-of-town customers will be charged $2.50 per kilometer for mileage one way. This applies to all warranty calls as well.

Part of our commitment to serving our customers in the best way possible, our service coordinator will register your hot tub or swim spa warranty for you.

This means that on the day of delivery, you do not need to worry about remembering to register the warranty yourself. 

We are your certified warranty service provider for Maax Spas. Refer to your warranty information for warranty care.
